Rev. Diane Kay Martin serves as pastor of Trinity United Church of Christ in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She was ordained by the Northeast Association of the Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Church of Christ on September 26, 2004, and began serving Trinity on October 1 of the same year. Rev. Martin earned her Master of Divinity degree with distinction at Iliff School of Theology in Denver, Colorado, in August, 2003. She completed her first two years of seminary studies at Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Regis University, also in Denver; and an Associate of Arts degree in journalism from Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Prior to accepting the call to serve Trinity, Diane served as Acting Associate Minister at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Longmont, Colorado, where her primary responsibilities were to direct the youth ministry and the Christian education program. Diane serves on the Board of Advisers for the Center for Christian-Jewish Dialogue, for which she has been an active volunteer since its inception in 1996. Rev. Martin is married, mother of a blended family of five adult children, and grandmother of four granddaughters and two grandsons.
